Intermediate Football
Our intermediate footballers are set to face Affane in the Intermediate Football Championship quarter-final this weekend. Date and time are still to be confirmed and will be announced once finalised.
Minor Camogie
Our Minor Camogie team are back in action this Wednesday evening when they travel to take on Abbeyside. Best of luck to the girls and management.
U15 Camogie
Hard luck to our U15 Camogie team who lost out to St Anne’s today. It was a hard-fought game and the girls can be proud of their efforts throughout. Well done to all the players and management.
Junior Ladies Football
Wishing our Junior Ladies Football team the very best of luck in their County Final this Sunday in Dungarvan, where they take on St Anne’s. We hope to see plenty of Ardmore support there to get behind the ladies.
U11 Hurling
Our U11s played Brickey Rangers in 20-minute games in both codes on Wednesday last. We had 14 players togged out, with the majority of our team being U10s. The boys put in a committed and promising display against an older Brickey Rangers side. Plenty of positives to take from the game and great experience for the group.
Age Friendly Nostalgia Night
The club is planning an Age Friendly Nostalgia Night during December, with the theme of the evening being a look back through the history of the club.
We are looking for anyone who may have old photographs, match reports, programmes, newspaper clippings or anything else connected with the club that could help bring some of those memories back to life. We want it to be an evening of stories, memories and plenty of discussion about the good days, the not-so-good days and everything in between.
Anyone who has material they would be willing to loan to the club for the evening, or anyone interested in getting involved in organising the night, is asked to speak to a club member. All help would be greatly appreciated.
Minor Football
Our Minor Football team recorded a good win over An Gaeltacht on Monday night, winning 3-08 to 13 points.
The lads have two more games this week, travelling to Killrossanty on Thursday night before welcoming Ballinacourty to Ardmore next Sunday morning. Best of luck to the team and management.
