U14 Hurling
Our U14 hurlers travelled to Ferrybank on Thursday evening last knowing that a victory was needed to keep their Championship campaign alive.
With 18 players togged out, everyone got valuable game time and the entire panel contributed to a very positive performance. The team worked extremely hard throughout the game, showing great determination and commitment, and were rewarded with a deserved seven-point victory.
The win sees us progress to the U14 Hurling Championship Semi-Final, where we face Killrossanty this Thursday evening in Killrossanty at 6.30pm.
We would love to see plenty of Ardmore support on the sideline as the lads go in search of a place in the County Final. Best of luck to all the players and management.
U12 Football – County Champions!
What a morning for our U12 footballers and their families on Saturday as they finally got to complete the Division 3 County Final, following the unfortunate postponement the previous week due to lighting issues in Fraher Field.
It was a beautiful bright morning in Dungarvan and from the throw-in our boys and girls were ready for the challenge. Every player put in a huge shift from start to finish, working tirelessly all over the field.
We created a huge number of scoring opportunities and took the majority of them, eventually running out 6-07 to 3-08 winners over St Oliver’s to claim the Division 3 County Football title.
A fantastic achievement for this group of players and a reward for all the hard work, commitment and dedication shown throughout the campaign.
A very proud moment followed as our captain Pádraig Cashman climbed the steps of Fraher Field to collect the cup on behalf of the team. Pádraig also delivered a brilliant speech to the large Ardmore crowd — a moment that will live long in the memory of everyone involved.
A huge congratulations to all the players, coaches, parents and supporters who have helped this team along the way.
A special thank you also to The Sideline for sponsoring food for the victorious team on Saturday evening before the celebrations continued with a tour of the village with the cup.
It was a fantastic day for St Declan’s and the wider Ardmore community. County Champions!

Our U12 hurlers are back in action on Tuesday evening when they take on Roanmore in the Division 3 Hurling County Semi-Final.
The game takes place in Ardmore at 6.30pm and we would love to see plenty of supporters out to get behind the boys as they look to secure their place in another County Final.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported our Annual Club Bake Sale and Raffle.
We would like to sincerely thank everyone who baked and donated cakes, breads, buns and all the other wonderful treats, as well as everyone who came along and bought the produce and supported the raffle.
These events take a huge amount of effort behind the scenes, and the club is extremely grateful to everyone who helped make the day such a success. Your continued support is hugely appreciated.
Summer Club Camp
What a fantastic three days we had at our Annual St Declan’s Summer Club Camp!
It was brilliant to see such a fantastic turnout, with so many boys and girls enjoying three days of games, activities, fun and skill development.
A huge thank you to all the coaches and volunteers who gave their time and energy over the three days. It was great to see everyone getting involved and, most importantly, having a brilliant time.
We hope all the children enjoyed the camp as much as we did and went home with plenty of great memories. A massive well done to everyone who took part!
